A quarter teaspoon of coriander powder

One teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

One finely chopped large onion

Three peeled cloves of garlic

Two fl oz of double cream

Salt to taste

Three and a half oz of sliced salami Milano ( cut into stripes)

One and a half teaspoons of curry powder

Six fl oz of coconut milk

A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Two tablespoons of cold water

Five tablespoons of olive oil

Fresh coriander
